Heather Potter is The Narcissist Slayers’ dedicated Legal Paraprofessional Known for her calm presence and deep understanding of trauma-informed advocacy. Heather helps clients feel heard and supported throughout each step of their legal journey. She provides knowledgeable, compassionate, and detail-driven support to clients navigating high-conflict family law matters. Her goal is to ensures that every client receives both exceptional legal service and genuine care as they navigate one of the most challenging chapters of their lives.

About The Paralegal

Sarah is currently a law student at Duncan School of Law and is very passionate about the legal system. Sarah has high hopes of becoming a lawyer herself one day and as such, she works diligently to help clients navigate through the murky waters of their family law matter. At ReGain Law Firm, Sarah assists with legal research and writing, as well as trial preparation.

About The Paralegal

Roxann started her paralegal career while going through her own child custody battle in family law court. This experience led Roxann to earning her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2009 and subsequently being drawn to the family law field.
Now, with over 22 years of family law experience, Roxann’s main objective is to provide exceptional support to the attorney, the paraprofessional, and, most importantly, the clients. Roxann understands first-hand the importance of compassion and acknowledging the needs of each individual client.
Here at ReGain Law Firm, Roxann prepares Rule 49 disclosures, requests any necessary discovery, issues subpoenas, gathers trial exhibits, and ensure that all Court imposed deadlines are met in each case.

About The Legal Assistant

Andre is a recent graduate of Arizona State University, where he majored in Medical Studies and minored in Spanish, Communication, and Economics. With aspirations of attending law school in the near future, Andre is dedicated to helping others and contributing positively to the legal community.
At ReGain Law Firm, Andre manages the onboarding process, which consists of setting up new office files, gaining access to Electronic Court Records, and filing the initial pleadings. Andre works diligently to provide essential support to clients as they navigate through the complexities of the legal process.
